Be a part of a mind-blowing, 75-minute POWER YOGA SOUND OFF EXPERIENCE, led by Lauren Duncan, NEXT yoga. Practice yoga to the beat of music pumped in from our live DJ, through wireless LED headphones! You are able to adjust the sound of your music and instructor – outdoors, surrounded by the beautiful gardens at Cantigny Park.

9:00am - Doors open
Check-in, set up your mat, and get settled.
10:00am - 75 minute Sound OFF Yoga Class
Join Lauren Duncan, owner at NEXT yoga. Please arrive by 9:30 am + bring your own mat.
12:00pm - Restorative/Nidra/Sound Healing Class or Kids Yoga Class
Join you kids for yoga or leave them to their fun and relax in the restorative class.
11:30am - 2pm

*CHILDREN'S TICKET DOES NOT INCLUDE SOUND OFF YOGA CLASS WITH HEADPHONES. Child's ticket is just for general admittance to the festival and all the classes/activities beyond the Sound OFF class. If a child would like to take the main Sound OFF Yoga Class, please purchase an adult ticket.
